Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: Our operations have been severely overwhelmed since our Geralt release in March. We are a small team with very limited resources. Our production time and fulfillment has been slowed. Please expect delays! We appreciate your continued patience during this process.
Customs take longer than any other orders to process! We try to ship all ready-made orders as soon as possible, but it may take a couple weeks to get them shipped out. Preorders do not have a specified date to ship out at this time. Keep in mind that preorders are made with the knowledge that they will be shipped at a future date. If you have questions about your order, please feel free to reach out.
Q: My order says it's "queued." What does that mean?
A: That just means that we have received and acknowledged your order! It is now in the production queue or fulfillment queue. The orders preceding yours that still have to be made or shipped will be taken care of first. This just helps us keep track of everyone's orders. We'll update your order when it ships, and you'll receive an automated email with your tracking information!
Q: How can I get in contact?
A: Please use the chat function on our website Mon-Fri between 9-6 PM! We do not have the ability to staff the chat function outside of these hours at this time. This is the best way to reach us! You can also use the contact form under the Visitor Center and call or text 305-697-8343! DMs on our socials get lost very easily and it is not an advisable form of reaching us.
Q: How do you package your orders?
A: All orders are discreetly packaged in a plain brown box with no markings or logos on the box.
Shipping label and customs info (if international) is all that's visible from the outside.
Q: What type of Silicone do you use?
A: We use platinum cure skin safe silicone! We take body-safety seriously and only use the highest quality, safest silicone to produce our toys.

Q: Firmness Options
A: Soft 00-30:
The softest we offer on the majority of our toys. This silicone is extremely squishy and pliable. It will bend and fold with ease, and have trouble standing on it's own.
Medium 00-50:
A slightly softer feel than our firm but larger slender products will have trouble standing on their own. Perfect if you love soft conforming toys.
Firm 10A:
Only has a little give with a great ability to stand. This silicone is the most lifelike out of our options! Highly recommended as the silicone of choice.
X-Firm 20A:
Our firmest silicone offers a more rigid feel and holds shape and posture accordingly. Takes some effort to squeeze but still flexible. Perfect for display pieces and those that like a more rigid toy.
Q: Can I get an update on my order?
A: We do not offer order updates unless your order is falling outside of our normal time frames.
Q: Do you do custom designs?
A: Custom designs take a lot of time, money, and effort. It’s an available service on a limited basis at our discretion. Please contact us for more information.
Q: Can you color match?
A: At this time we are only offering the colors shown on our color chart.
