***Lost or Missing Packages***

Once we ship a package we no longer have any more information about its location other than what is shown online.

You should track your package using the tracking number provided to you.

If you have additional concerns please contact the USPS.

If any package appears to be lost or missing, please contact your local post office with the tracking information for help.

For the Safety and Privacy of everyone, we will only ship to the address provided to us by Etsy.

Prior to purchasing, please verify all information is accurate including apartment numbers, P.O. boxes, zip codes, and spellings. International customers should include a valid working phone number for use by customs officials if needed.


***Returns & Exchanges***

(CUSTOM ORDERS)

Custom Orders may be cancelled prior to the creation of a shipping label.

Custom orders not cancelled prior to beginning production (silicone drawn for order) will receive a refund minus a 20% stocking fee.

Custom orders cancelled prior to entering production will receive a full refund.

(READY TO SHIP ORDERS)

Cancellations on Ready-To-Ship products will be accepted prior to creation of a shipping label. Please note ready to ship items may ship the same day the order is received.

*Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. Regardless if the product has been used or not. Please read all descriptions, review size charts, and understand our firmness guide prior to ordering. Wobbly-Floppers will have any known defects described and photographed.

*If you have any problems with your order please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If there are significant issues not noted in the product description we will at our discretion, offer a partial refund, offer store credit, or offer other remedies at our discretion.

*In the extremely rare instance we decide to provide a full replacement product. The replacement will match the original order as closely as possible based on availability. Changes to size, firmness, colors, or options will not be allowed. The original received product will also require documented destruction prior to any replacement being sent out.


***Terms of Service***

*All products are intended for personal novelty use only by adults. You must be 18 or older to purchase. No exceptions to this policy will be made and you are expected to know your state and local laws and follow them accordingly.

*Please utilize your toy in a safe manner consistent with its intended use. We take no responsibility for your use of these products or any injuries you may incur. You should know your limits, your body, and insure you are knowledgeable on using it prior to use.

*Follow our use and care instructions for your toy. All toys will be washed prior to shipment but should be washed upon arrival, as well as before and after each use. Please note, our home is pet friendly and the occasional hair can inadvertently find its way into a package. We try to eliminate this as much as possible.

*Custom orders of the type we offer are not ideal on Etsy. The system is just not that flexible. Please be sure to state your color preferences in the customization box. Any orders that are missing information may be delayed. If we are unable to reach you within a reasonable time we reserve the right to make those choices for you.


***Care***

- We recommend cleaning your Cultured Fiction Labs 100% silicone toy with soap and water.
- You may additionally boil them.
-We do not recommend the use silicone based lubes with our toys as it may damage them.
-Do not store them with other toys unless you are completely sure they are 100% body safe silicone, glass, metal, or plastic.

Our firmest silicone offers a more rigid feel and holds shape and posture accordingly.
Takes some effort to squeeze but still flexible.
Perfect for display pieces and those that like a more rigid toy.

***FAQ***

How long does it take to ship my order?

Custom orders generally take 1-4 weeks prior to shipping. This is dependent upon on current order load and other operational limitations. We cannot promise dates and if you have a concern you should contact us before ordering to see what the current turnaround is.

Ready to ship items generally take 1-3 business days to get packaged and shipped. It's not unusual for them to ship same day, but again we cannot promise this.

Can I get an update on my order?

We do not offer order updates unless your order is falling outside of our normal time frames.

Do you do custom designs?

Custom designs take a lot of time, money, and effort. It's an available service on a limited basis at our discretion. Please contact us for more information.


How do you package your orders?

All orders are discreetly packaged in a plain brown box with no markings or logos on the box. Shipping label and customs info (if international) is all that's visible from the outside.

Can you color match?

At this time we are only offering the colors shown on our color chart.
